I have a specialized software program for my business, can you work with it?

In most cases we can. We work with many different processors and because of this we generally have access to the platform needed for your software. If we can't currently work with your software our team will reach out to the software company and try to set up a relationship with them so we can work with them.

What do I need to do to get a proposal?

Please scan and email us all of the pages of your current merchant processing statement and then we will provide you with a side by side cost analysis showing what you are currently paying in processing fees in comparison to what you would have paid working with us.  Please remember that sometimes the statements are 2 sided and we will need every page.  Please attach a cover sheet with your contact information and send it to support@paymentsolutionsnw.com so a member of our sales department can review it and get back to you with a proposal within 24 hours.

What are my rates?

We work with each customer to find the best pricing and program that fits your business needs. We offer fixed rate pricing, cash discounting, cost plus as well as level II and III pricing for customers who specialize in B2B sales. Our team will go over your scenario and help you find the best solution for your business.

Do I have to buy a new credit card terminal?

No. We can generally reprogram most terminals if they are up to date and compliant. If you have an older terminal it may be in your best interest to upgrade to a PCI compliant terminal, which has higher security standards. We have free terminal placement options for those merchants that need to update their equipment. We also have Point of Sale Solutions when you are ready to move into a more robust system if and when needed.

What is my monthly statement fee?

For fixed rate pricing or cash discounting we do not have any fees. For other price plans such as cost plus the industry standard is between $5-$10.

Can I view my statements online?

Yes, you will have a secure login and payment portal to view your statements as well as see your daily transactions. In addition you will be able to do things such as e-invoicing and employee time management in some cases.

How long does it take to get my funds deposited into my bank account?

We offer next business day funding, as well same day funding in some cases if a merchant chooses to opt into it for an additional fee.

Can you deposit into any bank account?

Yes we will deposit your daily transactions directly into your bank account.

My business is opening soon, how long does it take to get an account set up?

Once we receive the application and correct supporting documents, we can have you approved within 1-2 days and sometimes the same day if we need to rush it.
